A bad parking area is more than just an eyesore. Weeds pushing through, uneven ground, poor drainage - it all adds up fast. Left alone, that stuff only gets worse, especially heading into winter when freeze-thaw cycles tear apart anything that's already weak.
Here's what we were working with on this one: a deteriorated parking area with overgrown weeds, broken-up surface material, and a real mess right at the garage apron. The ground in front of the garage had heaved up and crumbled - not just ugly, but a tripping hazard and a drainage problem waiting to get worse.
We brought in the Kubota compact excavator to do the heavy lifting. That machine is a big reason we can work efficiently in tight residential spaces without tearing up everything around the work area. We broke out the old material, graded the surface properly, and got drainage working in the right direction. We also ran drainage pipe along the building foundation to make sure water has somewhere to go instead of pooling up against the structure.
The finished parking pad is clean, level, and built to hold up. The garage apron got cleaned up with a fresh concrete transition that ties everything together neatly. Good site prep is what makes the difference between a surface that lasts and one you're fixing again in two years - and that's exactly what we focused on here.
Whether it's a neglected parking area, a deteriorated driveway, or a drainage issue making a mess of your property, we handle it start to finish. Excavation, grading, site prep - we've got the equipment and the experience to get it done right.
